Tsion holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the International
Leadership Institution. She joined iDE in 2009 following her experience in the private
sector. Tsion began her journey at iDE as a Project Secretary/Cashier and has since
held several key positions within the organization. She currently serves as the Director of People, Culture, and Operations at iDE Ethiopia. In this role, Tsion is responsible for building and managing the HR and operational systems that support the organization’s continued growth. She leads initiatives in talent acquisition, staff development, and performance management, ensuring that human resources functions are executed effectively and in compliance with all relevant regulations. Tsion also oversees the coordination and productivity of iDE Ethiopia’s central and field offices, promoting operational excellence through robust procedures and people-focused coaching.
