Saqif has been a part of iDE for nearly 3 years, previously serving as the Project Manager for the SanMarkS II program, an initiative that is currently being implemented in 25 Districts of Bangladesh with the goal of benefiting 1 million households by 2025.

With over 11 years of experience in Bangladesh's development sector, Saqif has worked across various challenging fields such as WASH, Preventive Healthcare, Agriculture, Aquaculture, and ICT4D. He has gained direct exposure and expertise in these sectors and has experience with diverse project modalities, including community mobilization models, social enterprise development, and inclusive market development approaches.

Prior to joining iDE, Saqif made significant contributions to public health at BRAC, where he led the transformation of conventional healthcare service delivery into a profitable health social enterprise. He has also collaborated with organizations such as Swisscontact - Katalyst and Grameen Intel. Saqif holds a BBA and an MBA from North South University in Bangladesh.
