Mikki joined iDE in 2023, bringing more than 20 years of cross-functional leadership experience spanning HR, compliance, IT, and internal communications. She is known for creating people-centered systems that balance operational excellence with a commitment to transparency, inclusion, and organizational health. At iDE, Mikki oversees core administrative functions and drives initiatives that strengthen culture, ensure regulatory alignment, and support our global team with the tools and infrastructure they need to thrive.

A champion of thoughtful leadership and clear communication, Mikki also serves as President of the Colorado Springs Society for Human Resource Management and is the curator and organizer of TEDxManitouSprings. Her approach blends strategic focus with creativity and care, grounded in the belief that people do their best work when they feel valued and connected. At iDE, Mikki is helping build an inclusive, high-impact workplace in support of our mission to end poverty.
