Indra has more than 20 years of professional experience in program design, leadership and implementation in humanitarian and development contexts. With extensive expertise overseeing large-scale projects, he has performed key leadership roles, including being director of programs for Mercy Corps Timor-Leste and chief of party for the USAID/BHA-funded BHAKARI program. He has also worked with UNICEF, UNDP, Save the Children, World Vision, and the United Mission to Nepal. Indra has a master’s degree in health education from Tribhuvan University, specializing in project management for development professionals. He is passionate about the ability of NGOs, government, and donor communities to strengthen policies, and enhance local capacity to bring more resilience to low income communities.
