She brings solid leadership and financial management skills, emphasizing strategic planning, budgeting, fiscal monitoring, and donor and statutory compliance. At iDE Vietnam, she oversees and supports finance and operations with responsibility for finances, grants, operations, human resources, information technology, risk management, procedures, and processes. Giang holds a masters degree in accounting.
