Geoffrey has over 20 years of monitoring and evaluation experience. His core competence areas include designing and managing results-oriented Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Systems. He has broad experience working with the public sector in a developing country: setup, project management, and implementation of several projects funded by multilateral donors such as the World Bank, International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD), African Development Bank including United Nations for Development Programme (UNDP), as well as bilateral donors such as SIDA Sweden, FINNIDA (Finnish Government), and NORAD (Norway). Before joining iDE in Zambia, he was responsible for the planning, monitoring, evaluating, communications, and learning and knowledge management of a seven-year donor-funded program in Zambia. Geoffrey is married and he is a father of three daughters. He is analytical and methodical in approach towards work. He derives great pleasure from finding balance between his work and spiritual activities.
