At iDE, Eulália is responsible for operation, compliance, and procurement. She has more than 15 years of experience working in operations, compliance, finance and administration. During her career, she has worked across sectors, including agribusiness, education and resilience to climate change.

As a director for the $12 million USAID Parceria Cívica Para Boa Governação program, she was responsible for monitoring program finances and grants, ensuring compliance and supervising program operations. She also worked as a senior operations specialist for the $75 million USAID Vamos Ler! early grade reading program, overseeing operations, and managing the program’s $6 million grants portfolio. Preceding these positions, she worked on a USAID's $25 million AgriFUTURO program, as administrative and finance director.

She is a skilled people manager and values building staff and partner capacity through mentorship and coaching.
