Elledy is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 15 years of experience. She currently serves as Senior Human Resources Manager at International Development Enterprises (iDE) Zambia, where she provides strategic leadership in people management, organisational development, performance, employee engagement and workplace culture. Elledy is passionate about creating people-centred workplaces where employees are supported to grow, contribute meaningfully and perform at their best. Before joining iDE Zambia in 2022, Elledy served as Human Resources and Administration Manager at CURE International, other organisations include the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, Panos Institute Southern Africa, G4S Secure Solutions (Z) Ltd and the Programme Against Malnutrition. Her diverse experience has shaped a practical and adaptable approach to navigating complex people and organisational challenges while strengthening HR systems and organisational effectiveness. Elledy holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Development Studies from the University of Zambia. Beyond her professional work, she enjoys travelling, music, movies and documentaries and values opportunities to connect with people, learn and exchange ideas.
