As the executive office director, Cynthia provides management and administrative leadership to our CEO, the global board of directors, and the UK board of trustees. She is a liaison for boards in Switzerland, Ghana, Cambodia, India, and Singapore. Cynthia is also a strategic partner to iDE’s executive team, human resources, and finance. She leads planning and execution of key global events and projects in the United States and abroad. She also serves as the global corporate secretary for iDE and its branches and subsidiaries. She joined iDE in 2018, is a Colorado public notary, and holds a degree in psychology. Cynthia is a certified scrum master and is fluent in English and Spanish.
