Solomon Bogale joined iDE Ethiopia in May 2020. Solomon has over 15 years of experience in the areas of monitoring and evaluation, agricultural research, impact studies, and project evaluation as well as conducting food security, rural livelihoods, and nutrition studies and capacity building. Solomon holds a Master of Sciences degree in Agricultural Science from Haramaya University and Bachelor of Sciences degree in Animal and Range Sciences from Mekelle University in Ethiopia. Currently, he is in charge of leading the development and implementation of iDE M&E systems and tools in Ethiopia, and undertakes monitoring and evaluation of project progress and impacts. He is also responsible for ensuring internal, donor, and government reports are produced and submitted on time.
