Nadia oversees Design Research Strategy efforts for Human-Centered Design projects within the iDE Innovation Lab. Prior to joining iDE in 2013, Nadia was the head of design and innovation research at Instituto de Biomecánica de Valencia (IBV), an innovation technology center in Valencia, Spain, dedicated to the design and development of products targeting Europe’s elderly and disabled. At IBV Nadia adopted human-centered methodologies such as emotional engineering, user experience design, and human factors research. Nadia began her career at EUTAS Consultores en Investigación de Mercados, a market research agency working for clients like the EU, Millward Brown, and Philips Electronics. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Alicante and a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Market Research from University of Valencia.
