Ling Ling Phung is the founder of Two Lings, a business design and innovation studio. She has been published in the Harvard Business Review and writes a fortnightly newsletter called Zen & The Art of Social Innovation. She has 20 years of experience in business design and strategy, and is passionate about leveraging the power of large institutions to be agents for social and environmental change. Ling Ling works with corporations, NGOs, and development organizations to bring scalable solutions to underserved markets by harnessing their core expertise and assets. Some of her recent clients include Unilever, Pearson, and Verizon. She has worked in areas including infant malnutrition, safe drinking water, education and youth employability. Ling Ling has led initiatives in the United States, United Kingdom, Kenya, Senegal, Mali, Swaziland, South Africa, Ghana, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and China. She holds a master of business administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a master of public administration in international development from Harvard Kennedy School.
