Iain joined iDE in 2017 to lead our UK office and network and connect to donors and partners across the UK and Europe. Iain's career spans 30+ years working in London, New York, Melbourne, Sydney, and Hong Kong helping to build a wide range of brands and businesses.  He has worked extensively across many channels and disciplines advising some of the world’s largest brands including Unilever, Aggreko, American Express, DuPont, American Red Cross, Kimberly-Clarke, Coca-Cola, and AT&T. He built a very successful national agency network in Australia (later sold to WPP), and held a global role with Ogilvy Worldwide in New York. His work with Unilever, United Technologies Corporation (UTC) and others has been in the arena of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility.

Iain is a former trustee of Hope for Children in the UK, previously Board Chairman of ITLP (International Theatre Literacy Project) for five years in New York (NFP fostering English literacy in young students in developing countries), and served on the board of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) in Melbourne and The Maktaba Project in London.
